Vital Core - Phragmipedium besseae

The orchid shown in this video is sometimes referred to as Phragmipedium besseae var. dallesandroi, but it is also now generally recognised as a separate specie in its own right, Phragmipedium dallesandroi. Vital Core was made with Phrag. besseae, and energetically this specie is fairly different. But in general looks it is closely enough related that I felt it appropriate to show this time-lapse video on the Vital Core page.

The time-lapse video was created out of 807 photos taken every 5 minutes during a period of 67 hours.
