Contains:  Black Tourmaline, Crown of Consciousness, Defender from the Dark, Guardian of the Inner Journey, Hematite, Lapis Lazulite, Night Soul, Rising Against the Dark, Rose Quartz.

We would advise that you start with Black Tourmaline drops followed immediately by Rising Against the Dark to get started.  After that use your intuition, but probably don't use more than 4 essences a day.
